FusionBARRE

A fusion of ballet-based exercises in the centre, ballet cardio and floor work. An effective full-body workout, incorporating the beautiful and graceful lines of classical ballet. Low-impact options and suitable for all abilities including complete beginners. Mats provided.

50+ Ballet

Classical ballet designed for over 50s, but open to all ages. We offer Beginners and Improvers classes. Low-impact and gentle on the joints, you'll spend time working through a variety of ballet positions and steps, focusing on correct technique and posture. You'll learn beautiful ballet routines that challenge your body and mind.

 

A lovely way to enjoy exercise and keep the body supple, with many benefits for your brain health and cognitive function.

BuggyBARRE

A class for mums with babies/toddlers in buggies. Using the buggy as your barre, you will gently tone up, build strength and improve your posture, flexibility, fitness levels, and overall health & wellbeing, with the added benefit of meeting other like-minded mums. This class will be held outside on the green as much as possible during the warmer months.
