The Ballet Space - Membership Policy
Your regular class:
When you purchase a membership, you will be asked to select your regular weekly class(es). These will be your guaranteed class places each week.

Class swaps:
We understand that circumstances sometimes change. Members may request to swap their regular class for another class, subject to availability. Swaps must be booked in advance and cannot be arranged after a missed class. Your original regular slot remains your guaranteed place unless you formally change your regular class.

Monthly payments:
Your first month's payment is taken at the time of booking and is not refundable. Your membership period runs from the 1st of the current month, therefore it's best to wait until on/after the 1st of the month that you want your recurring classes to start, rather than starting a membership towards the end of a month. Recurring payments are then taken on the 1st of each month.
Memberships are on a rolling 1 month contract. When cancelling, future payments will stop, however payments already made will not be refunded.

How the monthly price works:
Membership prices are calculated based on 48 weeks of classes per year.
The Ballet Space takes 4 weeks of planned breaks each year:
1 week at Easter
1 week during the summer
2 weeks at Christmas

The annual membership cost is divided equally across 12 monthly payments. This means the number of classes available in a particular month may vary. Some months may contain 3 weeks of classes, while others may contain 5 weeks of classes. The monthly membership payment remains the same regardless of the number of class weeks in that particular month. This structure means your membership provides a consistent, predictable monthly payment while allowing for the planned breaks throughout the year.

Any sessions or benefits in your plan are for your own use and are not transferable to others.

If your plan includes complimentary classes, these must be booked via your account on the website and are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable, however if a class has to be cancelled by us, we will offer you credit towards your next booking or a full refund.

You may cancel a membership plan, which will stop any future recurring payments, however payments already made will not be refunded.
