Ballet-based exercises and short routines at the barre to improve muscle tone, posture, strength & flexibility. Low-impact and suitable for all abilities including complete beginners.

Silver Swans®
Classical ballet designed for over 55s, but open to adults of all ages. Low-impact and gentle on the joints, you'll spend time working through a variety of ballet positions and steps, focusing on correct technique and posture. You'll learn beautiful ballet routines that challenge your body and mind.

Classical ballet barre, without the barre! The ultimate challenge for your core stability and balance. This class has a focus on classical ballet technique, placement, and posture. Suitable for all abilities.

Dynamic & energetic body-conditioning workout on the mat for a full body workout, incorporating the graceful lines of classical ballet. Low-impact and suitable for all abilities including complete beginners. Mats provided.

BuggyBARRE
A class for mums with babies/toddlers in buggies. Using the buggy as your barre, you will gently tone up, build strength and improve your posture, flexibility, fitness levels, and overall health & wellbeing, with the added benefit of meeting other like-minded mums. This class is held outside on the green during the warmer months, and inside the hall when it's cold/wet.
