Service Description

A classical ballet class designed for over 55s, but open to all ages. This class is most suited to those with some prior ballet experience. Low-impact and gentle on the joints, you'll spend time working through a variety of ballet positions and steps, focusing on correct technique and posture. You'll learn beautiful ballet routines that challenge your body and mind. A lovely way to enjoy exercise and keep the body supple, with many benefits for your brain health and cognitive function. Ballet shoes required.
