A classical ballet class designed for over 55s, but open to all ages. This class is suitable for those with a strong foundation of ballet technique. You'll learn complex steps and challenging combinations to keep you on your toes (quite literally!) The next step in your ballet journey, to enhance your artistry, fitness and strength, with many benefits for your brain health and cognitive function. Ballet shoes required.
