Service Description
Set on a weekly rotation, we are offering 4 unique ballet-inspired classes, to enhance your technique, strength and stamina. Suitable for all abilities. Week 1: ClassicalBARRE Focusing on technique, placement and posture, you'll work through a variety of ballet positions and movements at the barre, set to beautiful classical music. Ballet shoes recommended. Week 2: FusionBARRE A fusion of ballet-based exercises in the centre, ballet cardio and floor work. An effective full-body workout, incorporating the beautiful and graceful lines of classical ballet. Low-impact options available. Mats provided. We recommend ballet shoes or trainers. Week 3: CentreBARRE Classical ballet barre, without the barre! The ultimate challenge for your core stability and balance. This class has a focus on classical ballet technique, placement, and posture. Ballet shoes recommended. Week 4: FloorBARRE Dynamic & energetic body-conditioning workout on the mat for a full body workout, incorporating the graceful lines of classical ballet. Mats provided. We recommend socks or ballet shoes.
