Classical ballet barre, without the barre! The ultimate challenge for your core stability and balance. This class has a focus on classical ballet technique, placement, and posture. Most suited to those with some previous ballet/barre experience, but beginners are very welcome, and exercises can be adapted to suit all levels. Ballet shoes required.
